Customizing Your Account We make every effort to customize our services to meet your needs. Before beginning service, we gather information from you to determine a delivery schedule. After you initiate service, we can pick up and secure your data within 48 hours. Excellent customer service is our top priority!
Control Access to Your AccountOur authorization system restricts permission to your media and account information. Three authorization levels give you flexibility in delegating responsibilities to your staff. All of your employees that need to interact with LADS receive an authorization card with their authorization code on it.
Open Media Option Primarily for customers who must track media down to individual tapes, this option is used either for active volumes or for long-term archival storage. Storage charges are based upon the highest number of slots used in a month’s time.
Closed Container Option When you only need to track a group of tapes, the container is either cycled back to you as specified or when you call for its return. The container remains closed and locked while in our possession. Storage charges are based upon the size and quantity of containers.
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
